When it comes to RPM-based distros, the best - easily - is SUSE. 10.1 is now out, & the reviews are starting to appear, and they are uniformly positive. Here's a lengthy look at SUSE, including quite a bit about the ultra-cool XGL extensions that are the best damn eye candy I've ever seen on any platform. Interested?
